Job Description

As a Solutions Specialist, you will act as our telemetry solution expert and master all its technical aspects. You will use ISAAC solutions to help our customers tackle transportation industry challenges and improve their performance. You will assist project managers and technical specialists (after-sales) with any technical questions that arise during or after deployment. You will work together with the internal team to customize the solution to best meet customers’ needs. In this role, you will connect with the Customer Experience team.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and define the functional needs of the solution for customer deployment

  • Assist the project manager during meetings with customers

  • Understand the challenges fleet managers face and help them optimize performance and productivity

  • Supervise projects during deployment and lend your technical expertise to ensure the solution meets customer needs

  • Follow up on customers’ technical questions

  • Document activity in the CRM system

  • Optimize the use of technology in the transportation industry

  • Contribute to the improvement of process deployments

  • Answer questions from technical specialists

  • Analyze, document, and respond to more complex problems


  • University degree in engineering

  • Relevant professional experience as a technical specialist, sales engineer, systems engineer, or business analyst in the IT field

  • Experience in or knowledge of telemetry or telematics solutions

  • Keen interest in business strategy implementation

  • Excellent customer approach

  • Good communication skills

  • Good team player

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
