Job Description

As ISAAC’s Vice President of Marketing, you will join our leadership team and oversee the strategic marketing direction and market readiness planning. You will be in charge of leading the marketing team, who is responsible for product marketing, product management and communications. Furthermore, you will lead marketing initiatives for the organization. You’ll be working as part of a proactive and dynamic team that puts every effort into growing ISAAC’s market.

Your responsibilities

Strategy and leadership

  • Developing and implementing an integrated marketing plan to increase both the company’s and the brand’s leadership

  • Overseeing product management activities to anticipate and meet business needs

  • Collaborating closely with sales, client experience and other company departments

  • Achieving sales objectives while respecting budget

  • Providing strategic direction to the tactical plan

  • Performing market analysis, competitive watch and providing insight

Operations

  • Leading the annual strategic planning process

  • Developing, compiling, measuring, and interpreting key metrics (KPI’s) aligned with marketing objectives of each campaign

  • Establishing annual and quarterly objectives and strategies to drive the engagement of existing clients as well as the acquisition of new clients

  • Overseeing ongoing product management development of marketing materials

Team Management

  • Fostering an environment in which the entire team feels connected, empowered, responsible and engaged to work collaboratively to achieve the set objectives

  • Recruiting the marketing team members according to the company’s plan

  • Training, coaching and developing the marketing team

  • Appraising results

Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of experience in an executive/management marketing role in a B2B setting

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Communications or relevant field

  • Strong business acumen/strategic thinker

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Creative and innovative mindset with a strong understanding of business development

  • Proven leadership and track record of developing and inspiring others and building powerful marketing teams

  • Good sense of initiative

  • Compelling desire to tackle any project with energy and enthusiasm

  • Attention to details

  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite

  • Ability and willingness to travel

  • Highly proficient in French and English
