Our clients include major conglomerates in Indonesia, multinational company and we are advising Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs and Minister of Land Affairs & Spatial Planning Republic of Indonesia.

This is a satellite office based in Singapore, with headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia. 

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and procedures across the organization

  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and or other issues such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

  3. Creating Nurture a positive working environment

  4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program,

  6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

  7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager

  • Ability to motivate and retain employees

  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills

  • Team player and Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant fields

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws
