Our clients include major conglomerates in Indonesia, multinational company and we are advising Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs and Minister of Land Affairs & Spatial Planning Republic of Indonesia.

This is a satellite office based in Singapore, with headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia. 

Job Description

Optimize Hiring

  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Review and Develop Hiring Strategy & Plan for sustainable talent acquisition
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions by using effective recruitment tools

Employer Branding

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

Employee Wellness

  • Investigate and determine employee needs
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention 
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

Reporting

  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
  • Create and present KPI reports

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role
  • 2 years of experience in consulting industry
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor in human resources management, business administration or similar relevant field

Job Benefits :

  • Salary Range: IDR 18,000,000 - IDR 35,000,000
  • Annual Leave: 12 Working Days
