Job Description
As an Invoicing Officer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly by ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant. Working closely with the Head of Billing and a wide network of stakeholders, you'll gain valuable exposure to financial operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. What You Will Do
- You’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end invoicing process, ensuring invoices are reviewed, generated, and issued accurately and within agreed timelines.
- You’ll ensure billable items, recharged expenses, and supporting information are correctly captured and allocated, helping maintain a seamless and efficient billing cycle.
- You’ll review timesheet data and billing information, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of issues.
- You’ll prepare billing and recovery reports, support debtor follow‑ups, and monitor billing performance to help drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
- You’ll act as a key contact for billing‑related queries, working closely with operational teams to resolve issues, improve processes, promote best practices, and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications
About You
- You have relevant experience in invoicing, billing operations, or revenue administration, and are confident managing high‑volume billing activities in a deadline‑driven environment.
- You have a strong understanding of billing processes, timesheet‑based invoicing, fee calculations, expense recharges, and billing controls.
- You are highly organised, process‑driven, and detail‑oriented, with a proven ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing systems, and are comfortable working with large volumes of data, reports, and reconciliations.
- You are a collaborative and customer‑focused professional with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering an outstanding internal and external client experience; fluency in English is essential.
