Job Description

As a Senior Associate within our Business Implementation team, you will play a key role in the successful onboarding and incorporation of new client structures. Working closely with internal teams, regulators, and clients, you’ll coordinate activities from the initial assessment stage through to the handover of completed client files, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This role offers the opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships, develop technical expertise, and contribute to process improvements that enhance client service and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • You’ll support the assessment and onboarding of new client structures by reviewing business objectives, identifying Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, and coordinating information gathering with internal teams. 
  • You’ll assist with the preparation of incorporation application packs, client acceptance documentation, and onboarding approvals, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and submitted within agreed timelines.
  • You’ll liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders throughout the incorporation process, responding to queries and helping facilitate efficient decision‑making and approvals.
  • You’ll maintain onboarding records, trackers, dashboards, and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting across the Business Implementation function. 
  • You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, support billing and monthly reporting activities, and help deliver a high‑quality client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

About you

  • You hold a relevant degree or are partly qualified ICSA, with a strong interest in corporate services, client onboarding, and business implementation. 
  • You bring robust experience in a similar role within the financial services, corporate services, or global business sector.
  • You have a solid understanding of corporate law and are comfortable working with incorporation and onboarding processes. 
  • You are highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, have working knowledge of Microgen (or similar systems), and communicate confidently in English while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
