Job Description

Job Summary

You'll support Client Services Teams by ensuring banking administration requests and client payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed deadlines. You'll develop expertise in banking systems, payment processes, and time reporting tools while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role focuses on risk mitigation, process improvement, compliance with procedures, and delivering high-quality operational support to both clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • You'll process client payments, banking administration requests, and system updates accurately and within agreed deadlines while responding promptly to client queries and team mailbox requests.
  • You'll develop and maintain strong knowledge of banking platforms, payment processes, Kyriba, TMS, and time reporting systems to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
  • You'll collaborate with Client Services Teams, provide regular task updates, share information with colleagues, and support team training and knowledge sharing.
  • You'll minimize operational risk by following established procedures and checklists, reporting breaches, complaints, or errors promptly, and assisting with error investigations and corrective actions.
  • You'll proactively identify process improvements, escalate issues early, maintain accurate time reporting, and pursue ongoing training and development to become a reliable and effective team member.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in a similar role, supported by a strong academic background and a proven ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • You possess excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to perform accurately under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with advanced Excel skills considered an advantage.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment and bring experience using Kyriba and various global banking platforms to support efficient banking and payment operations.
