Job Description
You'll support AML/KYC compliance activities by handling transaction screening alerts, maintaining regulatory documentation, and monitoring compliance requirements. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, managing routine client and stakeholder queries, and following established escalation procedures. This position offers the opportunity to build expertise in regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and compliance operations while working collaboratively within a team environment.
What You'll Do
- You'll execute AML/KYC processes, review and resolve transaction screening alerts, and escalate issues when required in accordance with established procedures.
- You'll maintain accurate regulatory documentation, compliance records, and tracking systems while ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- You'll monitor compliance requirements and deadlines, document compliance findings, and support adherence to regulatory standards.
- You'll respond to routine client and stakeholder queries professionally, providing timely updates and support as needed.
- You'll contribute to the team's overall effectiveness by following risk and escalation protocols and performing additional duties aligned with business needs.

Qualifications
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in AML/KYC processing or compliance-related roles.
- You possess a solid understanding of risk assessment principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance documentation standards.
- You are proficient in using compliance databases and treasury management systems to support efficient compliance and screening activities.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, quality-focused, and collaborative, consistently demonstrating strong teamwork and alignment with organizational values.
