This Role

Provides reporting, analytics, governance, and data management support for Global Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Risk & Control activities, ensuring accurate management information, actionable insights, effective stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of reporting, automation, and data governance frameworks.

What You Will Do

• You'll coordinate and deliver Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk, and Control reporting across the Group and Global Client Delivery (GCD), producing management information, governance reports, committee packs, metrics, and dashboards relating to BIAs, BCPs, resilience testing, incidents, risk events, KRIs, RCSAs, issues, and action tracking.
• You'll develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, analytics solutions, reporting frameworks, and automated reporting processes, providing meaningful insights into resilience performance, risk trends, control effectiveness, emerging themes, and strategic decision-making opportunities.
• You'll administer and manage SharePoint environments, reporting repositories, document libraries, metadata structures, permissions, and access controls, ensuring data integrity, governance compliance, and efficient information management across resilience and risk functions.
• You'll support governance, audit, assurance, and regulatory activities by coordinating reporting submissions, maintaining governance action trackers, responding to data requests, providing management information, and ensuring timely and accurate stakeholder communications.
• You'll drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, process automation, analytics capabilities, and operational effectiveness while collaborating with senior leadership, governance committees, and cross-functional stakeholders.

About You

• You have experience supporting Operational Risk, Risk & Control, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Operational Resilience frameworks, including reporting, governance, testing programmes, and risk management activities.
• You bring 7+ years of experience in management information reporting, dashboard development, data analytics, reporting automation, and data consolidation, with a proven ability to deliver meaningful insights and high-quality reporting.
• You possess strong hands-on experience administering SharePoint environments, including document libraries, reporting repositories, metadata structures, workflow support, permissions management, and access controls.
• You demonstrate advanced expertise in Power BI, dashboard design, analytics, data visualisation, Microsoft Office applications, and reporting technologies, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• You have strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, governance discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset; qualifications in Business, Risk Management, Analytics, Information Systems, Power BI, SharePoint, Business Continuity, or Operational Resilience are advantageous.
