Job Description

We have two roles available: one is fully remote within the UK, and the other is based in the Isle of Man.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Trust Services team. In this role, you will support the administration of a diverse portfolio of international private clients, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of trust administration services. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will build strong client relationships, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the team while developing your technical knowledge and expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • You will administer a portfolio of trust and private client entities, ensuring all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while delivering a high standard of client service.
  • You will maintain accurate client records, prepare documentation, and ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day trust administration, identify process improvements, and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • You will develop technical knowledge through ongoing learning and support senior team members with client projects and administrative activities.

  • You work accurately under pressure, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
