Job Description

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead complex accounting functions and ensure the integrity of financial information for corporate clients. In this role, you will review financial reports, provide technical guidance, and act as a key point of contact for complex accounting matters. You will work independently while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal procedures. The position requires strong expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and team mentorship. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to drive process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • You’ll review complex accounting transactions, bookkeeping activities, reconciliations, and financial deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • You’ll oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax/VAT computations, regulatory reporting, and audit-related requirements.
  • You’ll serve as a key point of contact for complex client matters, resolve technical accounting queries, and coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams.
  • You’ll mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and support their professional growth and development.
  • You’ll identify opportunities for process improvements, lead efficiency initiatives, and ensure timely completion of client deliverables and compliance obligations.

Qualifications

  • You’ll hold an MBA and be a Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA/CMA with strong expertise in accounting, finance, and reporting.
  • You’ll bring extensive experience in Corporate Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, GL Reconciliations, AP, AR, RTR, and Intercompany Accounting.
  • You’ll demonstrate strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience reviewing complex accounting transactions and financial reports.
  • You’ll have hands-on experience working with accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP/accounting tools.
  • You’ll possess strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and guide teams effectively.
