Job Description

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis) and Responsibilities. The Senior Corporate Officer will report to the Manager of the team or directly to the Head of Pool (HoP) and will:

What You'll Do: 

  • You'll manage a portfolio of institutional real estate clients and oversee their ongoing corporate governance activities.
  • You'll review client deliverables, draft and validate legal documentation, and coordinate Board and Shareholders’ meetings.
  • You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including asset managers, auditors, lawyers, tax advisors, and banks.
  • You'll ensure regulatory compliance by overseeing KYC/KYT requirements, maintaining compliance records, and supporting FATCA/CRS reporting when required.
  • You'll drive client satisfaction and business growth while mentoring team members and delivering high-quality, client-focused service.

Qualifications

About you: 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • You have 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Law, with strong exposure to the Real Estate sector.
  • You are experienced in corporate legal matters, including incorporations, liquidations, board resolutions, proxies, acquisitions, and annual reporting requirements.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and familiar with business software such as SAP.
  • You are fluent in English, and knowledge of additional languages (particularly French or German) as well as legal requirements in Germany, Italy, Spain, or Portugal would be an advantage.
