Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support IQ-EQ's APAC Marketing & Communications team based in Singapore. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across regional marketing, communications, events, digital marketing, and content creation within a leading global investor services group.

You will work closely with marketing colleagues across Asia-Pacific and support initiatives spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, and India.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across APAC while collaborating with teams across multiple markets and business lines.
  • You'll conduct research on industry trends, market developments, competitors, and client segments to help inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • You'll create and manage engaging content, including thought leadership articles, blogs, case studies, social media posts, website updates, presentations, brochures, and sales enablement materials.
  • You'll coordinate regional marketing activities such as events, webinars, sponsorships, client engagement programs, media relations, awards submissions, and communications projects.
  • You'll monitor campaign performance using marketing and digital analytics tools, prepare reports, maintain marketing databases and contact lists, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth marketing operations.

Qualifications

About you

Qualifications & Skills

  • You are currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, with a strong interest in financial services, professional services, or global business trends.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong research, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and have knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing principles.
  • You bring a proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with familiarity in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of CMS platforms, SEO, and digital analytics considered an advantage.
