Job Description
Role
The Investor Services Associate Executive (the “associate executive”) must understand all aspects of the investor services processes related to each type of fund structure (OE and CE) as serviced by IQ-EQ. The Officer shall perform such work with a reasonable amount of supervision. The Officer shall communicate (with a reasonable amount of supervision) with clients and investors on routine operational matters and shall be able to resolve issues that have no immediate impact on client relationship.
What you'll do
- You'll master all aspects of the investor services process across various fund structures while performing your responsibilities under the supervision of the Associate Manager and Manager.
- You'll communicate independently with clients and investors on routine operational matters, resolving issues that do not have an immediate impact on client relationships.
- You'll manage the onboarding of investors across different structures, including Companies, Partnerships, and Trusts, in line with IQ-EQ policies and AML/CFT requirements.
- You'll be responsible for the full transfer agency process and all related investor activities, excluding the review function, while managing ongoing communications with clients and investors.
- You'll ensure investor FATCA/CRS documentation is complete and that all reporting is submitted accurately and on time in accordance with Revenue requirements and agreed deadlines.

Qualifications
About You
- You hold a degree or are partly qualified in ICSA.
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Fund Administration role.
- You possess advanced knowledge of laws and regulations issued by the Financial Services Commission relating to OE and CE.
- You are proficient in the MS Office suite, with advanced skills in Word and Excel, and have a basic understanding of accounting.
- You are fluent in English.
