Job Description

This Role

Lead the onboarding and implementation of real estate fund clients into Yardi by managing data migrations, fund accounting configurations, stakeholder coordination, testing, and seamless transition to business-as-usual operations while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • You'll lead client onboarding initiatives, including planning, execution, and coordination with country clusters to successfully transition new business into the shared service environment.
  • You'll manage end-to-end Yardi data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and go-live support for real estate fund clients.
  • You'll configure fund structures, investor records, fee calculations, and reporting templates in Yardi while ensuring client-specific requirements are met.
  • You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define implementation approaches, conduct testing, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • You'll drive process improvement, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer activities to support scalable and efficient client onboarding operations.

Qualifications

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in real estate fund administration, fund accounting, client onboarding, and data migration projects.
  • You possess strong Yardi expertise, including fund configuration, investor accounting, reporting, and migration activities.
  • You hold a Master's degree in Accounting and are preferably a Certified Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have proven experience working with fund accounting systems, investor transactions, compliance requirements, and high-volume service operations.
