Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting investor services operations through the review and processing of investor subscription, redemption, and transfer transactions. The position involves managing investor communications, maintaining investor records and portal access, updating allocation systems with relevant partner and transaction data, and supporting monthly investor allocation processes and statement distributions. The successful candidate will work closely with investors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality investor servicing while maintaining operational excellence and strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- You'll review investor orders for subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.
- You'll complete and maintain checklists and supporting documentation associated with various investor transaction types.
- You'll manage the investor services email inbox, respond promptly to investor inquiries, process requests, and distribute investor statements as required.
- You'll manage the investor services portal by maintaining current contact information, updating interested party details, and ensuring appropriate portal access and statement distribution settings.
- You'll populate and maintain allocation systems with partner demographic information, transactional data, and contact details to support investor reporting and allocation processes.
- You'll support monthly investor allocation activities, contact maintenance processes, and distribution of investor statements while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency

Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CA/CMA/CS Semi-Qualified candidates are preferred.
- You have 1–2 years of relevant experience or 2–4 years of industry experience if you are an MBA or CA/CMA/CS Semi-Qualified candidate.
- You have 2–3 years of relevant experience or 3–4 years of industry experience if you are a Graduate candidate.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review investor transactions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate resolution.
- You have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an intellectually curious mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced investor services environment.
