What you will do

Role Description

  • You'll manage an assigned portfolio of trusts, taking full responsibility for trust management activities and stakeholder coordination.
  • You'll oversee trust cash reconciliations, including populating, reconciling, and resolving discrepancies with servicers and originators.
  • You'll manage trust funding subscription processes and month-end activities to ensure accurate and timely trust administration.
  • You'll perform cashflow distribution waterfall calculations and instruct trustees to execute required payments in accordance with transaction requirements.
  • You'll maintain and develop financial models, supported by ongoing training and mentoring, while providing general support for trust management operations.

Qualifications

Desired Experience & Skills

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in structured financial markets, with at least 1 year of securitisation trust management experience.
  • You have experience in financial SPV or trust management and administration, with a strong understanding of trust operations.
  • You can manage complex transactions and projects involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You have a general understanding of legal documentation, particularly operative commercial provisions and transaction requirements.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, with cashflow modelling experience considered an advantage but not essential.
