Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a Fund Cosec Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of corporate secretarial services for fund structures. This role focuses on managing teams, ensuring high-quality client deliverables, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while adhering to regulatory and governance standards.
What you’ll do
- You’ll lead and oversee a service delivery team, providing corporate secretarial support while driving performance, quality, and operational excellence.
- You’ll manage and develop team members through coaching, performance monitoring, workload allocation, and continuous feedback to enhance capability and productivity.
- You’ll ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of client requirements, reviewing complex processes and handling escalations in line with SLAs and regulatory standards.
- You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, maintain strong client and internal relationships, and support issue resolution and service improvements across teams.
- You’ll drive governance, risk management, and process adherence by monitoring KPIs, enforcing policies, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and reporting standards.

Qualifications
About you
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, or are a qualified Chartered Secretary or equivalent.
- You have strong experience in corporate secretarial functions, fund structures, and private equity/real estate environments.
- You have proven experience managing teams, client deliverables, and service operations in a financial services setting.
- You have hands-on experience in board governance, regulatory filings, and drafting complex meeting documentation.
- You have strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
