Job Description
THIS ROLE:
This entry-level role in Corporate Secretarial Services is responsible for supporting the delivery of basic corporate secretarial and administrative functions under supervision. You will focus on executing standardized processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. This role provides an opportunity to develop foundational knowledge of corporate secretarial practices while handling routine tasks, supporting documentation, and contributing to efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic corporate secretarial tasks, including maintaining statutory books, records, and client databases in line with established procedures
- Support the preparation of routine documents such as minutes of meetings, board papers, and regulatory filings using standard templates
- Conduct basic file reviews and ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal checklists and quality standards
- Assist in monitoring statutory deadlines, responding to routine queries, and supporting administrative and operational activities
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to compliance requirements while contributing to process efficiency and continuous learning

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Juris Doctor, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., Chartered Secretary, LL.B, or paralegal qualifications) are an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial, administrative, or similar roles, with exposure to client service operations and managing multiple deliverables
- Familiarity with corporate secretarial practices, including funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and experience with CAS systems or corporate secretarial software is a plus
- Proficient in drafting minutes, board papers, regulatory filings, and maintaining statutory books, records, and client databases with strong attention to detail and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and ensure high-quality and accurate outputs
