Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Intern to support our team in managing and organizing critical client documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and review Letters of Engagement (LOEs), which serve as master agreements with clients.
- Organize and maintain a structured repository of LOEs to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Extract and compile key information from LOEs, including service-level agreements (SLAs), scope of services, commercials, and timelines.
- Support the broader AML/KYC function through accurate documentation management and adherence to compliance standards.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and Power Query.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to engage effectively and professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
