This is an exciting time to be part of IQ-EQ, we are growing substantially and currently seeking talented Data individuals to come along for the journey into the Data, Analytics and Reporting Department. You will have the opportunity to utilise IQ-EQ's leading-edge technology stack whilst enjoying our continuous learning and development programme.

• You’ll design, develop, and maintain advanced client‑, investor‑, and operations‑facing BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and visual analytics tools, partnering closely with external clients and senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into impactful insights.
• You’ll apply deep expertise in BI architecture, dimensional data modelling, and end‑to‑end data solutions, leveraging 8+ years of advanced experience across SQL Server, cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data warehouses, lakehouses, and data lakes.
• You’ll build and optimise complex ETL/ELT and real‑time analytics solutions using tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, dbt, Kafka, Airflow, and Python to support high‑volume, low‑latency data flows.
• You’ll conduct in‑depth exploratory data analysis and develop robust analytics solutions using SQL, Python/Spark, and advanced visualisation libraries, combining strong storytelling with 7+ years’ hands‑on experience in Power BI and Tableau.
• You’ll lead by example as a senior analytics expert—resolving complex data issues, guiding others, working independently on challenging problems, communicating clearly across cultures and seniority levels, and demonstrating strong analytical reasoning, creativity, and a results‑driven mindset aligned to Group Values (Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative).

• You hold a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional IT certification, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior developer, engineer, or database‑focused role, including leadership of teams or projects.
• You bring deep expertise in dimensional data modelling and advanced BI and visualisation tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and experience with QlikView, Looker, and ThoughtSpot, alongside Microsoft Fabric and Power Automate.
• You have strong hands‑on experience developing and supporting SQL‑based applications, with advanced proficiency in SQL Server 2016+, T‑SQL, query optimisation, and the full MS SQL Server suite, including SSIS.
• You are highly experienced in modern data platforms and pipelines, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Fabric Data Factory, Azure Data Factory, and both batch and near‑real‑time ETL/ELT processing.
• You are proficient with Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jira, and advanced Excel (including PowerPivot), and communicate fluently in spoken and written English while operating confidently at a senior technical and stakeholder level.
