  • You'll manage client delivery end to end by interpreting SOWs and SLAs, planning and tracking work in the workflow planner, maintaining daily timesheets, reviewing outputs for quality, addressing review comments, and escalating issues promptly.
  • You'll uphold compliance and risk controls by following procedures, checklists, and SSAE requirements; reporting breaches or errors within 24 hours; assisting with error reports; and contributing to root cause analysis and remediation.
  • You'll communicate proactively by owning and responding to client, investor, and cluster queries within 24 hours, coordinating with senior accountants and cross-functional teams, and supporting teammates as needed.
  • You'll bring and develop key qualifications and skills, including proficiency with accounting and reporting systems, strong attention to detail and data reconciliation, deadline and workflow management, problem solving and sound escalation judgment, and a learning mindset that seeks training, feedback, and support.
