Job Description
As a Senior Executive within our Company Secretarial team, you will take the lead on complex corporate secretarial and governance matters while providing expert guidance across a diverse client portfolio. You will oversee key corporate actions, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations. With a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a critical role in elevating our service standards and supporting the growth of the team.
What you will do
- You’ll coordinate and support board and committee meetings by preparing board packs, attending sessions, drafting high‑quality minutes, and ensuring timely follow‑up on action items.
- You’ll lead the implementation of governance frameworks and policies, ensuring all corporate secretarial activities meet statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- You’ll manage complex corporate matters such as refinancing arrangements, constitutional amendments, share transactions, distributions, structural changes, and other critical corporate actions.
- You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with directors, regulators, advisors, and service providers while providing technical guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- You’ll review and approve corporate documentation, statutory filings, AML/CFT compliance outputs, and risk‑related submissions, while overseeing full entity lifecycle management—including onboarding, migrations, closures—and supporting billing and fee‑related matters where required.

Qualifications
About You
- You are a degree holder or qualified/partly qualified ICSA/ACCA/ACA (minimum Level 2)
- You have solid experience in a similar role / global business sector
- You have experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters
- You have sound knowledge of Companies Act, Financial Services Act and relevant legislation affecting Global Business in Mauritius
- You have experience in supporting and mentoring junior team members
