Job Description

Drawing on your existing experience in Corporate, Company or Fiscal law you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day administrative and legal formalities for our varied and complex client portfolios. This will include regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities including funds, trusts and companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate administrative functions including account openings, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publications, filings, notarial and private deeds, incorporation, and liquidations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and external parties by understanding their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements, including KYC obligations through robust client file management and risk mitigation
  • Lead and coordinate board and shareholders meetings, including reviewing and maintaining related minutes, agreements, and supporting documentation
  • Identify and implement process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance business operations and service delivery

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law
  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a Corporate Officer or in a similar corporate administration role
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate transactions including acquisitions, board resolutions, company incorporation and liquidation, proxy management, and annual reporting compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant enterprise software (e.g. SAP); strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law and financial vehicles (SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF) is advantageous
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in an additional language; excellent client relationship management and organisational skills
