Job Description

As a Business Implementation Senior Officer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful onboarding of Alternative Investment Fund clients across multiple asset classes. Alongside managing a dedicated team, you’ll ensure a seamless, well‑coordinated onboarding journey—from initial proposal through to handover to operational teams—while delivering an excellent client experience and driving continuous improvement in processes and collaboration.

What you will do

  • You’ll lead the preparation and coordination of fee proposals and RFP submissions for Alternative Investment Funds across real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure.
  • You’ll manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, coordinating AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, legal documentation, service agreements, and regulatory filings through to operational handover.
  • You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining regular communication, attending key meetings, and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
  • You’ll oversee day‑to‑day team operations, provide coaching and guidance, and serve as the first escalation point for onboarding challenges, internal bottlenecks, and client concerns.
  • You’ll work closely with the Head of Team to identify and implement process improvements that strengthen collaboration, enhance efficiency, and improve overall team effectiveness.

Qualifications

About You

  • You hold a university degree in Law or a related field and bring relevant professional experience that enables you to work confidently in complex environments.
  • You have proven experience within the alternative investment fund industry or a related Luxembourg corporate environment, giving you a strong understanding of sector‑specific requirements.
  • You adopt a problem‑solving, collaborative, and client‑focused approach, supported by excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational abilities.
  • You are proficient in MS Office tools, communicate fluently in English, and additional languages are considered a valuable asset.
  • You are comfortable working within global organisations, collaborating with multicultural and remote teams, and demonstrate strong coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
