Job Description

As Senior Corporate Officer, your responsibilities consist of managing client relationships and handling a high daily volume of corporate matters for a diverse range of private client and fund structures which include, but are not limited to: 

What you’ll do

  • You'll manage the daily administration of your client portfolio, including maintaining corporate registers, statutory filings, and supporting AML/CFT documentation collection and processing.
  • You'll prepare and submit annual returns and regulatory filings, complete submissions on CAP, CORIS, and REEFS, and provide other administrative support to IQEQ Group Companies as needed.
  • You'll coordinate board support services such as meeting scheduling, board pack distribution, and drafting board minutes, while also liaising with auditors, attorneys, and bankers.
  • You'll supervise and coach junior staff, contribute to internal and regulatory audits, and support updates to policies and procedures by sharing best practices.
  • You'll review and approve client invoices and assist with the establishment and termination of Cayman entities, ensuring compliance and service excellence.

  • The salary for this position will be dependent on experience within the range of USD$100,000 - $120,000.

Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP, with 5–7 years of experience in the corporate services industry in Cayman.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment, works well under pressure, and consistently meets tight deadlines.
  • You possess a strong understanding of local regulations and best practices, including Cayman CDD/KYC requirements and periodic reviews.
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and are proficient in CORIS, CAPS, REEFS, DITC, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to service excellence, and experience in establishing and terminating Cayman entities; familiarity with the UBO register process is a plus.
