Job Description
As the Front of House Receptionist at IQ-EQ, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in managing visitor interactions, handling enquiries, and maintaining a professional, five-star front-of-house environment.
This role requires outstanding communication skills, a polished and approachable demeanour, and a proactive mindset. You will be instrumental in upholding our company’s reputation by delivering a seamless and professional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- First Impressions Matter: Provide a warm, professional, and polished welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
- Front Desk Management: Oversee all reception duties, including handling enquiries, directing guests, and managing visitor access.
- Meeting Room Excellence: Maintain pristine and fully equipped client meeting rooms, ensuring AV systems function properly and bookings align with schedules.
- Call & Query Handling: Manage incoming calls efficiently, demonstrating excellent telephony etiquette and directing queries appropriately.
- Visitor Experience: Organise refreshments and coordinate meeting room arrangements to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Facilities Liaison: Work closely with landlord teams, including engineering, cleaning, and security, to address any operational issues.
- Security & Access Control: Oversee visitor management processes, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Mail & Deliveries: Accept and distribute incoming mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Catering & Refreshments: Coordinate catering services and maintain high standards for hospitality provisions.

Qualifications
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in Front of House Reception, Office Management, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong IT proficiency, with practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is an advantage.
