Job Description
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
- Owns and delivers the testing plan for Investran Live within Sandbox environment
- Identification and tracking of issues
- Documentation of test results and to be processes
- Presentation of findings from testing
- Working with Investran Product Team and FIS on resolution of issues and future developments
- Identification of areas of opportunity for improvements and standardisation – working with Automation & Process Standardisation team on same
- Acts both as a representative from and a conduit to the Client Services team globally
- Standardisation implementation (where appropriate / agreed)
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Defines and completes testing on Investran Live in preparation for upgrade
- Feeds into planning for overall Investran Upgrade readiness project
- Identifies and logs issues and testing results. Involvement in resolution of issues and responsible for retesting
- Reports on testing progress / issues through a number of different forums
- Gives feedback to / gains input from Client Services teams globally
- Throughout testing identifies opportunities for standardisation – feeding through to Automation & Process Standardisation backlog
- Ongoing communication between product team, FIS, and Automation & Process Standardisation team
- Involvement in other areas of Investran Upgrade Readiness project as and when necessary (e.g. data cleansing in preparation for upgrade)
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Private Equity accounting (5 years +CS experience)
- Significant knowledge and expertise of Investran (5 years + min)
- Excellent organizational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take a creative approach to resolving a range of issues
