We are currently hiring a Senior Officer to join our Funds Onboarding team in Guernsey. You will support the Fund Administration and Corporate teams by co-ordinating the seamless on boarding of all new business.  

Tasks 

• You will work closely with the Head of Onboarding and Directors to onboard new clients and investors, regularly reporting on progress.
• You will work closely with your team to develop an understanding and insight of the investor and new business acceptance process.
• You will implement change and share knowledge effectively.
• You will develop and maintain strong, effective, working relationships with the administration teams within the Funds business.
• You will ensure that the onboarding service provided to clients is consistent and delivered within best practice, fulfilling all contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.
• You will also conduct internal post-onboarding reviewed evaluating the service provided.
• The role requires the individual to provide a high-level quality of internal and external client service.

• Knowledge of the finance industry
• Familiar with processing CDD/KYC information, preferably in a fund environment
• Experience in a fund administration, or company secretarial, or an onboarding role would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
