In the context of IQ EQ`s Fund administration activities, you will take part of the annual FATCA & CRS reporting by the relevant deadline to the tax authority. You need to be a problem solver by providing innovative ideas in improving/developing internal systems to meet set objectives & maximise the team efficiency.

You will check the quality of FATCA & CRS self-certification & due diligence (Such as W-8 and/or W-9 forms) and have the ability to understand XML schema to be able to prepare and review FATCA & CRS reports before submission;

You will be in charge of designing & implementing automated reporting processes and KPIs, using VBA in Excel and Microsoft Power BI;

We are looking for someone with the ability to create reports/presentation (data visualisation) to be delivered to the clients as well as to internal stakeholders withing the company;

You will be required to respond to queries from our stakeholders (clients, colleagues, Tax authority), under supervision where required, whether by telephone or in writing, in a timely and courteous manner.

Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day and plan the in-time delivery of the FATCA & CRS Reporting, quickly analysing requirements.  

Strong communication skills are a must have for this role as you'll attend meetings. You will also be liaising with our clients and internal and external auditors on all matters related to FATCA & CRS.

• Degree Holder in Accounting/Finance/Economics and/or Qualified/Partly Qualified ACCA/ACA;
• Minimum 2/3 years relevant working experience in FATCA and CRS reporting (Preferably for Funds);
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Power BI, xml reporting and any other relevant qualification/knowledge);
• Fluent in English, and French would be considered as an advantage.
