Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance team. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes for the Americas region of the company.
The Senior Manager, FP&A will work closely with the regional CFO to conduct financial analysis and review, lead forecasting/budgeting process, prepare insightful management reporting, and manage various project-based finance initiatives. Provide support to department heads with business insight reports, profitability analysis and assist the department heads with the budgeting and forecasting process.

Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and Budgeting – Develop and maintain forecasting models that support budgeting, forecasting, initiative forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Evaluate the effectiveness of the process and prepare a cost/benefit analysis. Implement approved changes, monitor execution, and provide forecast/budget reporting. Study economic trends and their impact on projections.
- Drive the annual budgeting process by working closely with department heads to set targets, assumptions, and financials goals that align with the company’s growth target.
- Analysis – Analyze financial and operational results against budget or forecast, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Explain significant variance on the financial and operating results using visualization tools and presenting the findings to department heads in a clear and concise manner.
- Reporting – Prepare and improve management reports, board package, financial dashboards to provide business insights to senior leadership team to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Technology – Leverage existing technology or make recommendations for enhanced technology, to provide more robust analysis and to automate manual tasks. Lead the new forecast system implementation in the U.S.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including variance analysis and explanations.
- Mergers and acquisitions – Support mergers and acquisitions and integration planning.
- Supporting ad hoc group financial requests. Work with teams in different time zones, especially with teams in Europe.
- Ensure revenues are maximized through appropriate revenue capture, implementation of inflationary increases and optimal pricing.
- Support the development of business cases for new products or expansion to new markets including cost/benefit/return analysis.
- Analyze commercial initiatives and track performance.
- Provide insight and strategic recommendations to the CFO based on financial trends.
- Support offshore initiative through appropriate modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. MBA or master’s degree in finance is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance required.
- Experience in professional services firms preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Experience with forecasting system, i.e. Workday, preferred
- Advance proficiency in financials software and tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and Data visualization platforms
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline driven environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
