Job Description

The Facility Supervisor will oversee office building facility, safety and Business Continuity Operation. He will ensure the efficient running of facilities operation by overseeing both facilities personnel and equipment. Daily duties of a facility supervisor entail managing from a big-picture view, as well as dealing with details -- all of which affect maintenance of the physical premises and the safety of IQEQ employees and facilities.



Plan the operational policies and procedures.

Supervises and coordinate the day to day maintenance and repair of the office premise, grounds, and associate equipment.

Managing facility workers, budgeting, and supervising usage of supplies and equipment for the facility. Coordinate and integrate the activities of all operational systems within the facility for seamless efficiency that might include purchasing of equipment, distribution of mail, and scheduling meeting times for the facility office concerns.

Facilitate ways of managing the facilities that reduce costs and improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Concern in planning of the purchasing of new equipment, using the services of a new vendor, renovating the facility, enacting energy-saving or waste-reducing policies, updating contracts and manuals related to operations, or cutting costs to stay on budget.

Oversee staffs that install, inspect, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.

Ensures completion of preventive maintenance of all equipment inside the office premises.

Trains team on policies and procedure coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades.



Plans in place to maintain a variety of systems and functions within the facility.

Supervised to regularly execute cleaning procedures throughout the facility, including restrooms and other areas of the IQEQ Office premise.

Keeps watch over maintenance and repair of facility equipment, in the facility premises such as in the kitchen, or vending machines in the break rooms and any other area.

Utilize a system of maintenance for paper and computer records associated with operating the facility, such as expenses for facility supplies or contract policies.

Track Facilities and Service request and ensure requests are completed within the established timelines and quality standards.

Maintain safe, secure, and effective working environment.


Safety and Security

Ensure and monitor compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations within the facility.

Apply safety and security checks to electrical systems, security and fire alarms, maintenance of machinery, and outdoor grounds.

Plan in place for emergency preparedness to protect both the physical facility and personnel.


BCP Management

Support BCP Manager in leading the BCP activation in case BCP manager is not available.

Manage BCP when business as usual is affected by an unexpected event.

Assist the BCP Manager and Team in creating and updating BCP document during BCP, testing and actual BCP activation of the 3 sites.


Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or any engineering related course.

2 years’ experience in supervisory role in facility and property management.

Relevant experience in coursework of blueprint reading; electrical, heating, and plumbing systems; facility maintenance; budget planning; accounting; management, principles in safety and security building codes and business continuity planning.

With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Certification.

Good English communication skill on both oral and written.
