You'll play a key role in our Depositary team, carrying out asset verification for investment funds investing in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, forestry and other asset classes.

Every day is a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail and ‘can do’ attitude, great organisational skills so you are able to prioritise your day. You will need to be extremely enthusiastic and motivated, and have a real desire to drive change. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are a must have for this role to build relationships across the business.

You’ll need to be able to review and source high volume documentation and work with your team and the wider group. Having a strong commercial awareness and a business orientated mind is also a must, as you’ll need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner.

• Qualified Lawyer with minimum 3 years PQE
• Extensive experience in Commercial and Contract law
• Experience in global corporate structures, preferably with some experience of US, Guernsey, Luxembourg and Singapore law
• Willingness to travel if necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
