Job Description

Job Title: Healthcare Project Coordinator
Location: Detroit, MI
Long Term contract
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Supports basic project needs by providing Project Management related inputs as required
    Includes work breakdown structure, scope change control, and issue management

 

Qualifications:

    High school graduate or GED equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    Minimum 5-7 years’ health care related experience
    Project Management/ Coordination experience required with proven experience in operational analysis, project planning, data analysis, and independent problem solving and resolution
    Ability to coordinate multiple complex projects concurrently
    Working knowledge of operational business areas including sales, servicing support, marketing, and member services
    Works independently within cross-functional team environment and communicates effectively with employees at all levels
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud Platforms desirable
    Awareness of insurance industry and knowledge of the Blues group products, including Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx
    Working knowledge with MS Office 365, Teams, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
    Understanding of Agile Methodology desirable
