A major international energy operator is seeking an experienced Loadout & Logistics Coordinator (Material Man) to support drilling and well operations activities and ensure efficient coordination, verification, prioritization and traceability of drilling and completion materials.

The role acts as the focal point for logistics activities supporting offshore drilling and completion operations from contractor facilities through quayside operations and offshore delivery.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate loadout activities at quayside and port facilities.
• Coordinate material movements between contractor bases, logistics facilities, vessels and offshore destinations.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials according to operational requirements.

Material Traceability

• Maintain full traceability of drilling and completion equipment.
• Track equipment from request through offshore delivery.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.

Materials & Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and critical materials.
• Coordinate replenishment activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.

Marine & Shore Base Logistics

• Coordinate supply vessel operations and material transfers.
• Interface with ports, customs authorities and logistics providers.

Equipment Readiness

• Verify preparation, inspection and certification of equipment.
• Ensure offshore readiness prior to shipment.

HSE Responsibilities

• Support HSE policies and risk assessments.
• Participate in incident investigations and lessons learned activities.

• Significant experience in offshore drilling, completion and logistics operations.
• Experience in shore base logistics, vessel logistics and offshore material transfers.
• Proficiency with SAP for procurement, inventory and materials management.
• Strong understanding of lifting operations, CCU management and marine logistics.
• Fluent English required.
