The service holder shall manage the supervision and approval of the activities related to the Mooring System carried out by the EPSCC contractor and its subcontractors, focusing on the successful and timely execution of the project.

Mooring System Installation Preparation & Execution:

• Oversee and review/approve the mooring instllation engineering related activities performed by the EPSCC Contractor and its subcontractors.
• Supervise and review the mooring installation works related activities including contractural and commerical aspects performed by the EPSCC contractor and its subcontractors. Interface with Stakeholders and ensure regular reporting updates are provided.
• Oversee and review plans for the execution of the mooring system installation.
• Contribute to CPY/CTR planning of the mooring activities execution and provide regular updates to the CPY planner and Hull Manager.
• Establish and follow-up contractor’s verification of mooring equipment packages.
• Oversee and review the mooring execution activities are compliant with the design and the activities are carried out efficiently.
• Oversee the commissioning activities of the mooring system.
• Oversee and review Classification approval for the mooring system.
• Promptly respond to EPSCC Contractor clarifications, request for deviations and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and proficient approach.
• During execution, create and manage related site queries (SQs), technical queries (TQs), Non-conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Ensure proper reporting, highlighting critical issues to the Hull Manager and proposing remedial actions

HSE:

• Demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to HSE.
• Implement HSE requirements within the discipline area.

• Confirmed expertise in FPSO Mooring installation activities in Oil & Gas projects.
• Able to provide review of mooring installation engineering and procedures.
• Good Excel and Powerpoint competence.
• Excellent reporting competence.
• Rigorous and solution orientated expertise to task completion.
• Organization, communication, leadership and transverse coordination expertise for task completion
• Languages of the service: English mandatory.
• Immigration: Able to obtain a Angolan visa for working offshore during Mooring execution works.
