Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate project planning and scheduling activities.
  • Review Contractor schedules, progress measurement, and reporting.
  • Integrate Contractor schedules into the Project Master Schedule.
  • Monitor progress, critical path, delays, risks, and schedule deviations.
  • Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Analyse schedule impacts and propose corrective/mitigation actions.
  • Support Variation Orders, change management, risk assessments, and project reviews.
  • Coordinate planning activities with Cost Control, Contracts, Engineering, and other disciplines.
  • Perform schedule simulations and scenario analysis to support project decisions.
  • Mentor and support junior planning personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with project control and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

  • Engineering, Project Management, or related degree.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas project planning and scheduling.
  • Proven experience with FPSO, offshore, EPSCC, EPC/EPCI, or similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, progress measurement, forecasting, and critical path analysis.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior planners.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Experience in an international and multicultural project environment.
  • Willingness to undertake frequent missions aboard/offshore

Location: 1 year in Paris – France, 18 to 24 months in Singapore, 18 months in Geoje, South Korea
