The client focuses on designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure that supports the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity. 

Demonstrated experience in:

• HSE incident and accident investigations
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Ability to implement and manage HSE management systems on infrastructure projects.
• Experience on World Bank–financed projects or other Development Finance Institution (DFI) funded projects is an advantage.
• Proven experience in monitoring and reporting Health and Safety performance.
• Strong knowledge and application of Eswatini Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation as well as international Health and Safety requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Environmental Health and Safety, or a recognized professional certification such as NEBOSH or SAMTRAC.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a field related to Health and Safety.
• Out of these 10 years, at least 5 years of experience on a large liear infrastructure project.
• English Fluent
