Job Description
Proven experience in social development areas, including:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Resettlement Action Plans
- Environmental and Social Impact Assessments
- Environmental and Social Management Plans
- Labour Management Procedures
- Resettlement Policy Frameworks
- Experience applied to electrical substation projects, power transmission lines, or other linear infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of social issues related to infrastructure projects.
- Experience on World Bank–financed projects or those funded by other Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) would be a significant advantage
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Sociology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a field related to social sciences.
- English fluent
