Join a major LNG bunkering project in Oman supporting the development of a regional hub for cleaner marine fuel solutions. The role is part of a dynamic joint venture operating in a fast-paced Oil & Gas environment, supporting logistics and supply chain activities during construction, commissioning, startup, and operations phases.

• Coordinate domestic and international freight forwarding activities (air, sea, and land)
• Support daily logistics operations between suppliers, warehouses, and site teams
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and contractors
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and proactive resolution of logistics issues
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation including invoices, packing lists, AWB, and BL
• Monitor shipment tracking, logistics KPIs, and reporting activities
• Support customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Promote and ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe logistics practices
• Participate in logistics cost control and optimization initiatives
• Coordinate closely with operational, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams
• Ensure logistics activities comply with company procedures and contractual requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in logistics and freight forwarding, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
• Hands-on experience with customs clearance and international transportation processes
• Experience supporting industrial or operational sites is highly preferred
• Middle East experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of logistics coordination and freight forwarding operations
• Good knowledge of stock management and digital logistics tools
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Cost-conscious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Strong commitment to HSE standards and compliance with Oman regulations
