We are looking for experienced MANAGED PRESSURE DRILLING SUPERVISORS with strong expertise in CBHP (Controlled Bottom Hole Pressure) and PMCD (Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling).

Previous HALLIBURTON experience is highly preferred.
Senior profiles only – no entry level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise RIG-UP / RIG-DOWN operations (onshore & offshore)
• Plan and manage EQUIPMENT SETUP & WELL SITE OPERATIONS
• Operate, test, and maintain MPD EQUIPMENT
• Monitor data and perform calculations to ensure DATA QUALITY
• Lead TOOLBOX TALKS and validate job plans with clients
• Coordinate with BD, PSLs, and THIRD PARTIES
• Ensure DOCUMENTATION, EQUIPMENT INTEGRITY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE
• Mentor and supervise JUNIOR OPERATORS

Requirements:

• 9+ YEARS in oilfield drilling
• 5+ YEARS in MPD / UBD
• Strong knowledge of CBHP & PMCD
• Excellent LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Good MATHEMATICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS
• Required: Svc Spec III-GBA (or equivalent)
