Join a leading engineering company supporting large-scale renewable energy projects across Africa.
We’re looking for an experienced one Construction Manager to lead the construction of a 10+ MW solar power plant on site.

Your mission:

• Supervise on-site works: civil, structures, PV module installation, cabling, and commissioning.
• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate local teams and subcontractors.
• Track progress, budget, and schedule.
• Report to the Project Manager and liaise with all stakeholders.

Your profile:

• Master Degree in Solar PV or Equi in Ren. Energy Tech or Electrical Eng.
• 6+ years’ experience on renewable energy projects, on solar power plant projects would be a game changer.
• Solid experiences in Africa.
• Minimum of 3 years should be in Grid Connected PV Projects

  • 1 Project of Feasibility Study / Design (FS) over 30MWp

  • 1 Project of  Control and Supervision - over 30MWp

  • 1 Project of Resident / Solar Expert -  over 30MWp

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent / bilingual in English, French a plus.
• Resident position during construction phase.
