A major Oil & Gas infrastructure project led by multinational oil operator is seeking an experienced Engineer to support the Construction & Civil Works phase of an energy storage/distribution installation (midstream infrastructure such as oil depots, LNG/storage assets, terminals, power substations, or hydrogen-related facilities).

• Provide technical engineering support throughout the construction and civil works phase.

• Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety rules, and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections, report technical deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (HSE, QA/QC, Project Controls).
• Prepare and review engineering documentation and progress reports.
• Support project delivery milestones within allocated time and budget.

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• 5–10+ years’ engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects.
• Demonstrated track record in construction-phase supervision or support.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering standards.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and operate in fast-paced project environments.
