These are full-time roles available in Lorton, VA. As a Trainer for our K2 program, you will:

• Provide full range of continuously refreshed training in the operation and deployment of the system, subsystem or component as part of fielding and post fielding support.
• Provide operator and maintainer training to support test events (Pre-OT), demonstrations, and monthly training events.
• Provide classroom, lectures, with hands-on, practical exercises and written and practical evaluations.
• Provide New Equipment Training, periodic and comprehensive refresher training and leave behind, train the trainer training.
• Execute continuous process improvement to refresh and adjust training programs and documentation Software user’s manual and basic troubleshooting as required.
• In transition, trainers work with the Instructional Designer to review current training artifacts and resources. Trainers collaborate with government stakeholders, the contractor product owner, and Development leads as appropriate to understand training priorities and requirements based on the most recent PI and upcoming training milestones.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Experience

• 2 years of relevant experience, required
• Agile experience required.
• Experience with USCYBERCOM or DoD engineering programs preferred.
