The successful candidate considers themselves an end-to-end app engineer. They will understand and follow best practice UI and responsive design, with a passion for detail and aesthetics. They will have supported their applications by designing and developing RESTful APIs in a micro-service architecture.

• 3 - 5 (Intermediate) / 5+ (Senior) years programming experience in Native/Hybrid App Development, grounded in Agile
• Demonstrated experience delivering React.js applications
• If you don't have React Native, this is a great opportunity to learn, but you should have strong prior app development experience
• Experience in end-to-end app development, with a natural flair for UX (PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, Node, CSS and/or equivalents) 
• Experience writing and/or integrating RESTful APIs
• Experience with designing and developing for cloud infrastructure
• Experience using Node.js
• A positive attitude (non-negotiable!)
• Self-starting philosophy and a motivated team player with excellent communication skills 
• A track record in employing and ensuring industry best practices for software development
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, CI, and Agile development practices
• A history of adopting and evangelizing new technologies and motivated to do new and interesting things
• Comfortable working as part of a distributed team
