The position of Video Services Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining Ingrooves’ content within YouTube’s Content Management System including Content ID management, YouTube Channel Management, and other video related tasks. You will also work directly with artists and labels to help curate their video strategy and grow their presence across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Vevo, Facebook, Instagram. You will be expected to manage your own tasks and timelines on a daily basis, and be responsible for executing Ingrooves’ overall visual media strategy.

• Manage the YouTube “To-Do” queues, including Ownership Conflicts, Reference Overlaps, and more
• Manage Artist and Label YouTube channels, including claiming, SEO, and Optimization work
• Aid in building marketing campaigns for video releases and other content 
• Analyze data generated across video platforms to aid insights and identify potential for growth
• Onboard new artists and labels, facilitate channel ingestion and set-up, provide optimization strategy for new artists/labels, answer questions regarding Best Practices
• Other tasks and duties as assigned
  

• YouTube Certified is ideal; YouTube experience is a plus
• SEO and general search engine knowledge is a plus
• Video promotion experience is a plus
• Social Media Marketing / General Marketing experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication and skills
• Great attention to detail with a positive attitude and thoroughness on all projects
• Great team player and can work well independently
• Ability to interface with various levels of people and take direction from multiple contacts
