Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operator or what we like to call an Ink Technician to work with us. We have a very competitive starting pay of $21.50 an hour + $1.50 night shift differential.

The person in this role will be responsible for the manufacturing of high-quality printing ink. As an Ink Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Following batch instructions to weight batches, change and mix inks
  • Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
  • Mix batches of Ink and make additions as directed
  • Packaging finished product
  • Operating a forklift

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Have basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills
  • Be capable to complete multiple tasks
