We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at our facility in Appleton, WI from Monday - Friday 7:00 AM  -  3:00 PM / Occasional call-ins.  You will be responsible for:

• Repairing and make necessary updates to industrial equipment and building facilities
• Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment and building facilities.
• Keeping, updating, and creating repair records using computer software program
• Assisting with organizing shop & production floor items, INX's 5S and TPM programs.
• Using & having knowledge of common hand tools, pneumatic tools, & power tools.
• Operating cutting and welding equipment.
• Communicating with staff members about needed repairs and equipment preservation

• 3-4 years related experience or post high school training; or equivalent combination of both.
• Good verbal & written communication along with basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or schematics.
• Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical experience.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• Positive attitude with a respectable attendance record.
• Experience setting up & operating various tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience
