Job Description

We are seeking an Inplant Ink Production Worker for our customer's site. The Inplant Ink  Production position will be liaison between INX and the customer.  Mon - Fri 2nd shift.  Must be available on call every three weeks.

  • Production of offset paste inks
  • Mix batches of ink
  • Coordinate inventory levels for press needs
  • Receive and rotate stock
  • Color match
  • In-plant maintenance
  • Be on a rotating schedule for potential call-ins

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Have excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills
  • Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you are:

  • Able to cover other shifts if needed
  • Clean, professional and self-motivated
  • Flexible with scheduling; willing to work some week-ends when necessary
  • Experience with XRite color management software helpful.
  • Experience with Xrite IFS helpful.
