Job Description

We are seeking an Inplant Ink Technician to work at our customer's site In Brenham, TX. This is for 2nd and 3rd shift.  The technician will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room. As an Inplant Tech you will be responsible to:

  • Dispense inks and color matching
  • Control work-off
  • Handle Inventory control
  • Perform Quality Control tests
  • Provide press-side technical support
  • Follow all safety requirements
  • Responsible for housekeeping and monthly reporting

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Be able to match colors effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Effectively communication with peers and customers
  • Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Pass a color vision test
  • Have good organization skills
  • 1-2 years of work related experience

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

  • Spectrophotometer knowledge & experience helpful
  • College degree
